On 9th August 2017 I was discharged from Eating Disorder Services. I had a set weight goal in mind and I was 100% ready to continue alone. Each day I'm getting closer and closer to becoming 'Weight restored' To me, being weight restored means returning to atleast the weight I was before anorexia.. if not more as I have aspirations on having my own children and I am aware my body will go through many changes. Weight restoration will happen when I'm at a happy place in myself, in my own skin. A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone at #FreedBeeches for all the support over my 17 months of therapy & dietetics. This time went by so quickly yet so slowly at the same time. It has really been a rollercoaster through my ups and downs. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I did feel quite emotional leaving but I am feeling so positive and determined going forward. My journey in recovery continues..🌎🌹
